These terms apply to your use of this website and to bookings made with Grand Repair Auto Ltd, 11 Clovelly Court, 8 Wintergreen Boulevard, West Drayton, UB7 9GU.

Booking requests

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will call you to confirm the work, time and price. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed these with you.

Quotes and prices

Prices shown on this website are a guide. We confirm the price before starting any work. If we find something extra that needs doing, we will explain it and get your agreement before carrying it out. Specialist parts may cost extra.

MOT collection

Free collection and return for MOTs applies within our coverage area (see our Areas page). The MOT itself is carried out by a DVSA-approved test centre. If your vehicle fails, we will contact you with a quote for any repairs before doing them.

Cancellations

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Call 07470 794111.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
